All content, including Images, text, software, documentation, electronic text and image files, audio and video files and clips, and other materials on the Website are protected by copyright laws and may be covered by other restrictions as well.

The name “Eat Creative” is the registered, corporate trade name of Eat Creative kk and may not be used without Eat’s prior, written permission. How long we keep your information
Eat will indefinitely retain the aggregated or anonymized information collected from you to protect the safety and security of the Website, improve the Website, or comply with legal obligations.
Eat will retain your email address for as long as you are subscribed to the Newsletter. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe from future Newsletter correspondence.
Where we store or use your data
We may store data collected by the website manually or electronically. The data is stored on our secure servers and/or in our premises within Japan and Hong Kong.

Venue and Choice of Law

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Tokyo, Japan.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement regarding user access to the Website. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect their validity and enforceability. Eat’s failure to enforce a provision on any occasion will not be construed as a waiver of such provision.
