Eat is growing and we are expanding our team.
We are looking for a client services manager to contribute to the growth of our agency. We work hand-in-hand with our clients – a partnership built on trust and flexibility, to deliver effective solutions, when they need it.
You would be both a primary point of contact to develop and maintain these strong relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities.
The role is for our Tokyo office and requires native level Japanese language as well as conversational English. You will have had 5+ years of client management experience in the Japanese marketplace, ideally experience within a design agency or similar.
What we expect you to bring to the role
Client satisfaction
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by acting as primary point of contact for allocated clients, fostering strong relationships and delivery of services and solutions effectively
Business development
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to benefit the client and drive business growth
Strategy and solutions
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. Provide strategy and solutions to address their challenges and enhance their business
Effective team player
Work closely with project team members both full-time and project based to align goals with client expectations
Oversee Service Delivery
Manage the execution of projects or services to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope and budget
Risk Mitigation
Identify potential issues early and implement strategies to address them before they escalate.
