Now that we have your attention… Occasionally you get a project that is a little bit special. One that ticks all those boxes close to the heart: Fresh pasta, fresh truffles, a robust red wine and, to take things to the next level, a Led Zeppelin soundtrack.

OUT is a unique dining experience opening on July 1st in Shibuya: One dish. One wine. One artist. Conceived by Melbourne restaurateur David Mackintosh, entrepreneur Tom Crago and Tokyo based gastronomic consultant Sarah Crago, they describe it as “the coming together of a shared affinity for fine food, wine and ambience. All in one mouthful.”

Eat has been part of the project from the very beginning working with the Australian team and renowned interior designer Ryu Kosaka to turn fantasy into reality.
